Friday 16th May 2008

After settling into your room why not enjoy Tea & Scones in Lounge. Meet later in the Club Bar for a cocktail before the 4 course Dinner with dishes & accompanying wines from Chile & Argentina introduced by Gina Sheldon wine consultant for Waverley Vintners.

Saturday 17th May 2008

After breakfast a visit to The Purbeck Vineyard near Corfe Castle for a tasting tour followed by Lunch. Your tour will take you exploring the variety of vines, and discussing the growing and harvesting of grapes in an English Vineyard. In the small winery you will discover the delights of wine making from the grape to the glass. This is followed by a sumptuous Buffet of local meats, cheeses, breads & salads accompanied by a glass of the vineyards wine. Dessert follows.
Return to hotel at 4.00pm.

Candle light dinner is then served in the Echoes restaurant with a Dorset flavour. Music from our resident pianist.
